Charli is a 4 year old, 15 lb. Bichon Frise. She is a very sweet girl who likes to be with her person all the time. She is good with other dogs and older children but has never met a cat. Charli is house and crate trained. She requires a home with another small, young dog and a physical fence.

We only adopt to Maryland residents within 30-40 miles of Baltimore.
