Emergency foster or adopter needed for “Truman”. At 12 pounds and 1 year old this sweet boy is in need of a soft place to land. Poor little guy was found running in fear through the streets of Baltimore City trying to survive. Kids were throwing cans and bricks at him. 

He is now vetted and is good with other dogs. Truman amazingly still trusts people. Can anyone help this little survivor?
