We rescued Juno from a crowded shelter where she was on the "at risk" list. She was pregnant and starving when she arrived at the shelter. Juno and her puppies are now in a loving foster home. Her puppies will have to receive supplemental bottle feedings because Juno is too depleted to provide enough milk for them.
Check out the newborn puppies in the Nursery.
The 2010 SOB (Semites on Bikes) Calendar is now available. This is a whimsical calendar featuring the members of SOB with their bikes and with pets strategically placed where the bikers' clothing would normally be. You will see dogs, cats, birds and even a goat.
To order this unique calendar, click on the photo. You will be re-directed to our online store. All proceeds go to the vetting of the dogs and cats, puppies and kittens in our care. Thank you for supporting Pet Rescue of Maryland, Inc.
Our Finding Forever Homes Adoption events take place on Saturdays at the Timonium Petco from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. The address is 1719 York Road, Lutherville, MD 21093.

HOW DO I MEET YOUR ANIMALS? We ONLY show animals on Saturdays at the Timonium Petco from 2-5. If you are interested in meeting one, please send an e-mail to info@petrescueofmd.org with the animal's name in the subject. We will ask the foster to please bring the dog or cat. Sometimes, a foster is unable to attend the event, so please check the animal's web page on Saturday morning to see if he/she will be there.

Want to adopt but you can't right now? Sponsor any one of our cats or dogs by visiting us at Petfinder.org! 100% of your donation goes to helping our dogs and cats!
Our Mission Pet Rescue of Maryland is a non-profit animal rescue dedicated to saving the lives of dogs, cats, kittens and puppies. We are staffed only by volunteers and rely on the kindness of our community to financially support our efforts. We do not have a central shelter. All of our animals are fostered in our homes as if they were our pets. This allows us to assess each animal and help find the home that best fits with their needs. We treat each animal as if they are part of our family until they become part of yours.
